Footpaths & Rights of Way

Our Group attempts, where possible, to report any problems with footpaths and rights of way to the Highways Department of Gwynedd Council. Our Footpath Secretary is Graham Fitch. Please feel free to email him should you come across any problems on the footpath network in our area, or write to him at:

Examples of problems are blocked footpaths, broken, missing or dangerous stiles and kissing gates, missing way markers and aggressive or obstructive land users.

Please report any problem with as much detail and, if possible grid references.

You can report any problems direct to the Council in writing, but please copy us on the letter so we can keep up the pressure to resolve problems.
